Tiverton Sprint Meet - HELP REQUIRED!!!
Any help you can give to ensure the day is a success will be much appreciated, thank you.

Door and raffle – The sale of the programmes, raffle tickets and collecting raffle prizes. You will need to be at the pool ¾ of an hour before each warm up.
Deletions and registration – Put together the coaches packs, take details of swimmers not competing and pass this to the results table. Again need to be at the pool ¾ hour before each session.
Marshalling – Working in the changing area you will ensure that all the swimmers are ready for each event and will send them to the start of each race in the correct order.
Results table – Putting all the results on the lap top and producing the finals listings for each event. Would suit some one with IT skills.
Drinks for officials – Getting some squash, plastic cups etc together and going around the officials helpers during each session offering drinks. Please bring along a tray!
Trophies – Helping Pete with the handing out of medals and trophies. This would be towards the end of the sessions once we start swimming finals.
Car Park – We now have a great sign telling swimmers to use the college and high school car parks but it is useful to have someone ‘on the gate’. All officials will have a car park pass. This ensures that gym users are not inconvenienced.
Runners – would suit swimmers not competing in that session. Helping out where needed, putting up results, getting information from marshals to announcer etc.
Time keepers – If you have helped at any galas in the past you will be able to deal with electronic timing. All that is required is for you to ‘press a button’ at the same time you stop your watch. Please don’t be afraid to offer your help. I will provide training before if needed.
