Tiverton Swimming Club aims to promote the sport of swimming by providing a training program to help swimmers reach their full competitive potential according to their individual levels of ambition, ability and application. The club caters for swimmers of all ages and abilities with a progressive coaching program leading through our squad structure. Various levels of competition are catered for with training tailored to suit, from in-house galas and team league competitions, through to county, regional and, ultimately, national competition level.

|We need your help!
We have been successful in our bid for funding via the Tesco Bags of Help scheme to raise funds towards a set of modern starting blocks. Every blue token in our slot in either Tiverton Tesco store is a vote for us to win the maximum amount of £4000. The cause with the least votes will receive £1000. Each Starting block costs upwards of £1000 so we need all the votes we can get between now and 31st December! Pic
|Lynsdey Powell Memorial Meet
TSC was proud to send a team of swimmers to the Exeter L2 meet named in honour of one of their most well respected coaches who sadly passed away last year.
|12th Tiverton Sparkler
TSC again hosted our annual level 3 Open Meet with over 200 swimmers from 14 local clubs attending. Spectators in the packed gallery were treated to a day's fast and fun racing as the event showcased our club's commitment to developing swimmers.
Many thanks go to all the volunteers, officials and of course the swimmers who helped make the meet so successful.
|Swim England Summer Nationals
Tiverton Swimming Club was delighted with the success of the four swimmers who qualified to take part in the English National Championships at the Ponds Forge International Pool in Sheffield. They were up against the best in England and it was a tremendous achievement for them to be amongst the tiny percentage of competitive swimmers who make it this far. Full report ....

|Devon County Relays
Teams representing TSC as well as Tiverton High School and Cullompton Community College took part in this year's Relay Championships at the Plymouth Life Centre. The schools teams both got silver medals while the club teams also brought home silvers and a bronze. Full report ....
|Devon ASA Sprint Meet
Nineteen young swimmers from TSC competed in the Devon County Sprint Gala at the Plymouth Life Centre in which they had to compete in 50m sprints in all four strokes. Full report ....
|Devon County Development Gala
TSC was represented by seventeen swimmers in the Devon Development Gala at the Plymouth Life Centre. The team were in brilliant form, bringing home 55 medals between them with some incredible personal best times. Full report ....

|Southwest Regional Championships
Tiverton Swimming Club enjoyed unprecedented success at the ASA South West Regional Age Group and Youth Championships. Only the fastest swimmers in the six counties of the South West gain the qualifying times to compete at this prestigious event, so the club is extremely proud of the eight swimmers who made the grade this year. Fourteen swimmers represented Tiverton Swimming Club at the Exeter & Taunton Level 1 & 3 long course meet at Millfield School while other swimmers went to Plymouth and Calne in Wiltshire. More ....

|Junior Team Gala
TSC swimmers enjoyed a great afternoon racing in this fun gala. Teams of young swimmers from Wellington, Newton Abbot, Dawlish and the North Devon Marlins came to the event hosted at EVLC. Top prize went to Wellington with TSC just behind in second place. Well done to all the swimmers and many thanks to all the volunteers who helped make the event a success.
|Club Championships 2018 - Dates for your Diary
This year's Club Championships will be held over two days:
Sunday 1st July and Sunday 8th July.They will be run within the normal clubs hours from 4-7pm.
TSC were very pleased to be able to train 10 new timekeepers to help with running our Club Championships and other meets. Thanks to Terry for getting them all certified and of course the new timekeepers themselves!
|UBSC Level 1 Meet
10 swimmers represented Tiverton Swimming Club at the UBSC National Qualifier held in the 50m pool at Hengrove, Bristol. The team brought home a total of 18 medals competing against some of the best swimmers in the south west and beyond.
|Devon County Inter-Club Gala
A slightly depleted team braved the snow to compete against ten other clubs from across the county. In a competition that is dominated by Plymouth Leander, Tiverton were delighted to finish in fifth place particularly as a lot of the swimmers had to swim up age groups.
|Devon Counties 2018
Tiverton Swimming Club had another successful year at the Devon County Championships in which seventeen swimmers gained the qualifying times to take part at the event. Between them they filled an amazing 83 finalist places, won 43 medals and achieved some fantastic personal best times.
|Dartmoor Junior Sprints
A record number of thirty four young swimmers from TSC competed in this sprint meet in Okehampton. Several of the swimmers were taking part in their first competitive gala which included the 100m individual medley and 50m sprints in all four strokes.
Everyone put in a tremendous effort and they were rewarded with a total of 32 medals.

Tiverton Swimming Club held its annual presentation evening at Moorhayes Community Centre where members, parents, coaches and volunteers all gathered to celebrate the achievements of the past year, with Club President Terry Fullick handing out a total of 44 awards. More ...
