Welcome to Tiverton Swimming Club

Tiverton Swimming Club aims to promote the sport of swimming by providing a training program to help swimmers reach their full competitive potential according to their individual levels of ambition, ability and application.

The club caters for swimmers of all ages and abilities with a progressive coaching program leading through our squad structure. Various levels of competition are catered for with training tailored to suit, from in-house galas and team league competitions, through to county, regional and, ultimately, national competition level.

	-------------------------------------- Tiverton Olympic Volunteers Terry, Karen and Andrea were all GAMES MAKERS who gave up two weeks of their time in order to make our London 2012 Games so special. 	-------------------------------------- ASA Fees Update After taking feedback from members regarding difficul-ties in finding ASA fees straight after Xmas, we have decided to start accepting the fees from 1st September. This years fees will be £17 for category 1 (non competitive) and £32 for category 2 (competitive) . This means if you have more than one child you can now spread the cost. Due to historic problems with payment, any member that hasn’t paid by 30th January will be advised they are unable to swim until payment has been made. You can give your payment to any committee member, or post it in our green post box but please write on the back of the cheque ‘ASA fees’.

	-------------------------------------- Tiverton Swimming Club is recruiting permanent swimming coaches To coach recreational/squad swimmers through to national swimmers. The position is comprised of approximately 5 coaching hours (inc. evenings & weekends), and attendance at some competitions. Some experience in coaching swimmers, including Masters, to a high standard is necessary. Up to date CRB Check necessary. Please email me to apply or for more information.

	-------------------------------------- Tiverton Swimming Club is looking for permanent swimming teachers for: Fridays 19:00–19:45 Wednesdays 18:00-19:00 You need to have a good knowledge of the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming and hold a Swimming Teaching Qualification and an up to date CRB Check.
