This squad is a progression from the Competitive Development squad for swimmers keen to compete regularly. Training sessions are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Objectives:
Swimmers will be expected to regularly compete in Level 3 & 4 (or above) meets as well as the Club Championships and Devon Development galas. If selected they will be expected to swim for the Club in the Arena League and other team events. Swimmers should be targeting qualification times so that they can compete at the Devon County Championships.
Commitment:
Swimmers who do not attend regularly or who do not display the correct level of commitment will be moved to a more appropriate squad
